The Official Launch of the Abu Dhabi Corporate Games 2012!
Thank you to all who attended, it was a great day at Zayed Sports City and we were delighted to see a full house and strong interest in the Games!
The place looked fantastic and although H.E Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan was not able to join us at the press conference at the last minute, due to Government duties, His Highness displayed unparalleled commitment to the event and the role of Games Patron.
Corporate Games President Pierre Marcout was invited to sit next to H.H Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan in the Palace
His Highness graciously invited all attendees of the launch to his Palace for a special dinner that evening!
It was a very unique and symbolic gesture and the Abu Dhabi Corporate Games team enjoyed a truly special and memorable day. We are honoured that His Highness showed support in such a personal way. Abu Dhabi Sports Council’s General Secretary re-confirmed their support and he delivered a powerful speech focusing of health, engagement and participation for all. Pierre and Fanny Marcout also spoke passionately about Corporate Games and its philosophy.

Over 17 journalists and photographers attended the launch, generating over $50,000 worth of coverage in UAE press the very next day, so the reception the event received has been fantastic.We were delighted to see such strong interest in participation and sponsorship from the companies that attended. We welcomed guests from many organisations including National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Chalhoub Group, Dulsco, KHP Consulting and more. With the event getting off to such a great start we now look forward to welcoming the participants and new sponsors coming on board in the coming weeks and months!
