So you are probably wondering what a Corporate Account is and do you need to have one…well look no further!
A Corporate Account is an advance payment made by the Organisation towards the anticipated fees of Athlete Entry Fees and Party Tickets.
An account may be opened at any time.
Corporate Accounts qualify for discounts against the Entry Fee (excluding Supplements) and Party Tickets if they are opened prior to deadlines for these benefits. In the case of the UK Corporate Games Preston 2012, the deadlines for the discounts are as follows:
15% discount off Entry Fees and 25% discount off Party Tickets up until the 26th October 2011
10% discount off Entry Fees and 25% discount off Party Tickets up until the 15th December 2011
5% discount off Entry Fees and 25% discount off Party Tickets up until the 31st January 2012
Corporate Account Holders will be allocated their own dedicated Account Manager.
A Corporate Account allows the Organisation to submit entries online without the need to include cheques, credit/debit card details or provide separate BACs payments. It also removes the necessity of having to wait until all entries are known and Entry Forms are completed.
An Organisation and its Athletes are guaranteed entry into any or all of the Sports of the Games as well as guaranteed Party tickets.
Corporate Account Holders will be offered a VIP visit to the Official Venues of the UK Corporate Games Preston 2012.
Entry Forms are not required until near the Entry Deadline. Entry Fees will be deducted from the Corporate Account as Athlete entries are processed and the Corporate Account debited.
A status report will be provided to the Team Leader at any time.
After the balance of the Corporate Account is zero, the Entry Fees and Party Tickets will be charged at the standard fees as advertised on the relevant Brochure and Entry Forms. The account can be topped up at any time.
Should any Corporate Account funds be received after the Entry Deadline, a late fee of £25 will be charged per Entry Form.
Corporate Account Holders will find that a balance is useful should additional charges such as Party Tickets, Additions or Replacements be made at Games time.
Any remaining balance will be rolled over for the next Games. Rolled over Corporate Accounts qualify for discounts on the Games to which they will
Corporate Accounts for which discounts have been provided cannot be closed until after the relevant Games is completed.
An administration fee of 20% is charged on accounts that are cancelled prior to the Entry Deadline.
