Houston bouncing back after the Storm for the World Corporate Games

It is only a few weeks ago that Houston was hit by powerful storms that caused widespread flooding to homes and businesses in the area.  As the television cameras revealed, the human cost was high and we offer our sincere condolences to everyone effected by the flooding and to everyone who lost friends and relatives to the overpowering waters.  The thoughts of the Worldwide Corporate Sports Community have been with you during this difficult time for you and your great City.

Inevitably sensible questions have been raised by potential competing organisations and individuals planning to attend the World Corporate Games in Houston from the 16th-19th November.  Getting the City back to normal has been the immediate concern of everyone in the area and these aims have been understandable and supported.

An Iconic View of the Marriott Marquis in Houston, Texas

However, following discussions with the senior leaders of the Games in Houston, we are pleased to confirm that the Staff and systems in place in Houston are all OK and the team are confident that the City will recover very quickly. Indeed the resilient Mayor Turner, has reiterated strongly that Houston is very much “open for business again”, with sport and tourism also still on the agenda for this powerful destination City.

Houston is the 4th Largest City in the USA and it has also been listed in the Forbes list of best destinations to visit.

Please see below the Official Statement from the Harris County Houston Sports Authority.

“Dear World Corporate Games Participants,

It’s hard to put into words what has happened to our City over the last two weeks as a result of Hurricane Harvey. We are encouraged by the efforts of the countless volunteers and donations that poured in locally and from around the country to make a difference. We have a long road to recovery and our thoughts go out to everyone in the City of Houston and Gulf coast who was effected by the storm.

First, we wanted to check-in and survey where each of you, your organizations, and neighborhoods stand. Please, let us know if we can be of any assistance to you, your friends, neighbors, or company. We know that so many of our neighbors have been deeply affected by the storm, and we are here to stand by their side.

As we look to the future, Houston will undoubtedly rebound and come back stronger and better than ever. We received some questions as to the status of the Games in light of the storm, and we’re happy to report that just like the spirit of Houston, the World Corporate Games 2017 are alive and well. As Mayor Turner said “…we are getting back on our feet and we are open for business.” And what better way to get to get back to business and show that we are Houston Strong! As we continue to unearth the needs of our City in the coming weeks and months, help us use the Games to make a difference.

What an amazing opportunity to uplift and support our community through sports. Nelson Mandela once said that “Sport has the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire. It has the power to unite people in a way that little else does.” Help us show the world just how united and inspired Houston truly is!  As part of our continued mission to give back, we’ve come up with a couple of ways to thank our first responders who unselfishly served so many in their greatest time of need.

Support Our First Responders!

  1. All corporate teams can participate in our Buy-One, Give-One campaign.  We will match each individual registration from your team and coordinate the donation of a free registration, one for one, to Hurricane Harvey first responders, or you can use the Buy-One, Give-One to distribute to unsung heroes in your own community.
  2. Can’t participate?  You can Donate Registrations to First Responders.  We will distribute and coordinate the teams on your behalf.

We are looking forward to bringing our community together and opening our doors to others for a weekend of fun, team building, and celebration!

Sincerely,

Harris County Houston Sports Authority”

As you can see, there is an inspiring message from Houston and a powerful cause and we are all hopeful that this can be one of the most uplifting and wonderful World Corporate Games to date.  The Organising Committee strongly believe that they will be ready to welcome each and every one of you to participate in the Games in November.

Thank you for your support and once again our best wishes go to everyone troubled by the storms, which are hopefully now behind them.  Hope to see you in Houston soon…

World Corporate Cup of Dragon Boat Racing Enjoyed by Everyone

Trentham Gardens was the idyllic destination for the World Corporate Cup of Dragonboat Racing this weekend (16th September 2017).  After fabulous World Corporate Cup experiences in Triathlon in recent weeks and in Soccer for more than a decade, this time the competition was on the water, following the success of the Europe Corporate Cup at the same destination in 2016!

Crews from across the region and from throughout the UK pitched their gazebos and paddled their hearts out in this event for businesses and organisations of all kinds.

The SuperCentre Celebration registration took place at Cadwaladers Cafe, with many competitors taking the opportunity to sample the warm drinks on offer to counteract the early morning September chill.  All competitors received a Games T-shirt, a souvenir programme, their ID badge as well as a decorative “Weekend Sports Warrior” coaster from Games sponsors Wade Ceramics.

Vibrant SuperCentre at Cadwaladers

Once registered they entered the Gardens and admired the beautiful surroundings before undertaking their racing and safety briefings and getting their buoyancy aids and paddles.

As the racing commenced there were some competitive battles taking place with every encounter.  Each crew would battle it out in 3 x 333m heats to post their fastest time across the 1000m challenge!  However, there were a few showpiece encounters spicing up the proceedings with Stoke-On-Trent City Council and Newcastle Borough Council locking horns as well as Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire Police respectively.

Previous entrants Mitten Clarke were looking fluid in their white strips and the pale blue shirts of Wade Ceramics were looking good too.  Both of these crews were improving with every race.

The Walton Centre, Mellors Catering services and Stoke fit looked to be having heaps of fun and there were some incredibly close races across the day.

The Lord and Lady Mayoress had dropped by to support the event which was really appreciated by everyone in attendance and the Chief Executive of the Games Official Charity, David Webster of the Dougie Mac Hospice was also supporting the Cup.

David Webster is seen here presenting one of the impressive hand crafted, Wade Ceramics World Corporate Cup Awards, to the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Stoke-On-Trent, in recognition of the City’s support for the Cup as part of the City of Sport Legacy programme.

After some exhilarating racing for everyone involved we moved to establish the top 8 positions with 3 spectacular finals. Some of the races were so close that we needed a photo finish to separate the teams.

The Grand Final was all set up to be a closely contested encounter with the experienced Nottinghamshire Police crew taking on the youthful apprentices from Goodwin PLC and Phil Fortunes fit band of friends from Staffordshire Police.

The Grand final did not disappoint, with all three of the finalists competing for the medals and each of the crews posting their fastest times from the whole day!

The Top 10 placings were as follows but everyone had a wonderful experience.

In the Worldwide Corporate Sport Community we firmly believe that everyone who takes part is a winner and the spirit from the competitors in this event was a joy to behold.

Local Paralympic Medalists, Ian Marsden and Jenny Booth were on hand to present the worthy winners and runners up with their medals. The winners of the World Corporate Cup of Dragonboat Racing  2017 are Nottinghamshire Police, with Goodwin PLC a creditable 2nd and Staffordshire Police proudly taking 3rd place on the podium.

The Corporate Games would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone connected with this great event at Trentham Gardens.  Thank you for your support and hope to see you all involved in the UK Corporate Games Stoke On Trent and Staffordshire 2018 in June.

UK Corporate Games Nottingham 2017 Hailed as a Resounding Success

Organisers, Partners, Sponsors, Participants and helpers have all hailed the positive impact of the UK Corporate Games 2017.

More than £3.8m was generated for Nottinghamshire’s economy by the UK Corporate Games, it is estimated.

Nottingham hosted Europe’s largest annual multi-sport festival for businesses from July 6 to 9, with more than 5,000 people taking part in 23 activities at venues around the city, including the University of Nottingham, Colwick Park and Wollaton Hall.

Intel, IBM, Ernst & Young, Lloyds Banking Group, Vodafone, Boots, Speedo, Willmott Dixon, Asda and Capital One were among the companies represented.

Games Director Ben Sedgemore said: “The Games has been a resounding success and we could not have asked for more – even the weather was on our side.

“The facilities are excellent in Nottinghamshire, with top quality venues for all of our 23 sports and array of celebrations.

“The feedback that we have been receiving has been wonderful and it is a credit to everyone who has supported the Games.

“People have been blown away by Nottingham and we are delighted that we made the decision to bring the Games here in 2017. Thank you so much.”

Andrew May, general manager at Nottingham Conferences, the group that promotes the University of Nottingham’s conference venues, added: “This was a great opportunity to bring the city together to put Nottingham on the map, to benefit local businesses and for us to showcase our £40m David Ross Sports Village, the latest addition to an already stellar collection of state-of-the-art sporting facilities available here at the university.

“The atmosphere on campus was outstanding and this event will live long in the memory.”

Employees at organisations, companies, corporations and institutions all battled it out for points, medals and company pride.

The winners came from all across the country and local teams also won a number of the medals.

Vodafone won the Sport for Life Grand award and the medallist award, while Nottinghamshire Police was the top local performer, finishing second in the overall medal table with 48 medals.

Inspector Paul Harris said “I cannot describe how impressed we all were with the Games this weekend.

“My whole organisation is buzzing, and I’m seeing competitors and medallists alike acknowledging each other and ‘high fiving’ on corridors where previously they would have passed in silence, so I’m not overstating the positive effect this event has had.

“Sports sections have been reinvigorated, friendships and bonds have been rediscovered, and I’ve even seen pictures of medallists up in the office to welcome them back.”

A team from Nottingham Forest won the 11-a-side football tournament and Boots also secured medals in a number of sports to finish 21st in the medal table from 123 organisations that were represented.

The University of Nottingham’s multisport complex was the epicentre of the Games, providing many of the facilities for the 23 sports.

This includes its new £40m David Ross Sports Village, which houses a huge multi-court sports hall, seven glass squash courts and an international standard table tennis hall.

UK Corporate Games chooses local Children’s Brain Tumour Charity for 2017

The UK Corporate Games is proud to announce that the Nottingham’s Children’s Brain Tumour Research Centre has been named as the official charity for 2017.

Open to companies of all sizes, the UK Corporate Games will be held 6th – 9th July 2017 at the David Ross Sports Village at the University of Nottingham and a number of other great venues in the region.

We’re looking forward to the Games and proud to be supporting this local charity in Nottingham. They’re doing great work to tackle such a terrible disease. Companies that choose a charity of the year to benefit from their team building activities find that the cause brings people together from across the organisation in ways that they wouldn’t be able to achieve otherwise.

Ben Sedgemore, UK Games Director

The Children’s Brain Tumour Research Centre works to tackle some of the most challenging issues in brain tumour treatment. On average, children in the UK wait up to three times longer for a brain tumour diagnosis than those in other developed countries. The Headsmart campaign aims to double survival rates and halve the harm caused by brain tumours and the aggressive treatments that need to be used to eradicate tumour cells.

The opportunity to connect with members of the Worldwide Corporate Games Community was an unexpected and delightful development. May the best man or woman win!

Prolonged and slow diagnosis can make long-term survivors up to ten times more likely to suffer from a physical or learning impairment, while some treatments can have long-lasting effects including learning difficulties, hearing loss and problems with physical development.

The Centre for Children’s Brain Tumour Research are eager to find other companies and supporters who can help them to continue their work. Academics at The University of Nottingham are leading the UK arm of a large international clinical trial for a type of children’s brain tumour called Ependymoma. The trial will treat around 150 children and young people in the UK and 350 from around the world, helping to determine the best ways to treat tumours.

Researchers aim to find the most successful treatment option with the fewest side effects for patients and to learn more about the biology of the disease. The trial will run for five years and follow patients for up to ten years.

Nottingham companies who have yet to choose a charity for 2017 can get in touch with the Children’s Brain Tumour Research Centre to find out more about how they can work together by emailing Louise Shaw louise.shaw@nottingham.ac.uk or calling 0115 74 84809.

Corporate Cup Programme Hailed as Great Success in Stoke

The Europe Corporate Cup programme came to a spectacular conclusion on Saturday with visitors from far and wide heralding the events as a wonderful success. The players played, the paddlers paddled and the sun shone brightly on all of the friends, families and supporters throughout the day!

With the City of Stoke on Trent celebrating its status as European City of Sport 2016, competitors came from far and wide to participate in the Europe Corporate Cup’s of Netball and Dragonboat Racing.

The Dragonboat Racing honours were won exclusively by teams from outside of the County with National Grid taking First place, QVC from Merseyside taking second and UClan from Preston securing 3rd.  That said the Pirates from Portmeirion and Team Open also won a few hearts!

img_0465 Councillor Terry Follows, cabinet member for greener city, development and leisure at the city council, said: “We’re very pleased the organisers have decided to bring these events to our city. The Corporate Games last year were a huge success and left people in no doubt not only of our ability to stage high-profile events, but also the quality of sporting facilities we have to offer. This is another example of how being the UK’s European City of Sport is raising our profile and helping us to attract events like these, which might not have come here in the past. The influx of visitors which these events will bring gives a welcome boost to our local tourism sector”.  Actions speak louder than words though, with Cllr Follows actually participating in the event, proudly banging the Dragonboat Drum for the City with his colleagues.  The Lord Mayor Cllr Anthony Munday also showed that he was also up for the challenge by paddling away with Angela Smith and other members of the Council team.

The Europe Corporate Cup of Netball saw local teams perform even better with the City Council securing a deserved 2nd place over a strong Ernst and Young team from London who finished 3rd.  However, Staffordshire Police were again the queens of the Courts as they won all seven of their pool and elimination games which saw them crowned worthy champions.  Victoria Pritchard of England Netball was involved in the delivery of the event and she said “It was terrific to work with the Corporate Games team and the City of Stoke for this inaugural event.  The spirit and camaraderie on the day was exemplary and the standard of facilities at Fenton Manor was excellent.  We would encourage teams of all abilities to consider getting involved next year as we know you won’t regret it.”

Ben Sedgemore, Games Director said, “we would like to thank everyone who assisted and participated in the Europe Corporate Cup programme this year.  We are fortunate to stage Games and Cups in great Cities all around the world but we are proud to say that Stoke On Trent is one of our favourite destinations.  The local leaders are pushing hard to put this great City onto the international sporting map as well as creating a lasting sporting legacy for the City.  We support everything they are trying to achieve and everyone in the area should be proud of the aspirations that the City has.  We are already looking forward to next year and everyone can be involved again!

The Magic Bank Account…

The magic bank account

Imagine that you won the following prize in a contest:

Each morning your bank would deposit £86,400 in your private account for you to spend.
However there were some rules:

1. Everything that you didn’t spend during each day would be taken away from you.

2. You can’t transfer money into another account, you can only spend it.

4. Each morning when you wake up, the bank puts another £86,400 in your account.

5. The bank can end the game without warning; at any time. It can simply say ‘game over’ and close the account and you won’t get a new one.

What Would You Do?
You would buy anything and everything you wanted. Not only for yourself, but for all the people you love and care for. Even for people you don’t know, because you couldn’t possibly spend it all on yourself.

You would try to spend every penny, and use it all, because you knew it would be replenished in the morning.
Actually, this game is real, each of us is already a winner of this prize and we just can’t seem to see it.
The prize is time.

1. Each morning we wake to receive 86,400 seconds as a gift of life.
2. And when we go to sleep at night, any remaining time is not credited to us.
3. What we haven’t used up that day is forever lost.
4. Yesterday is forever gone.
5. Each morning the account is refilled, but the bank can dissolve your account at any time without warning.

So, what will you do with your 86,400 seconds?
Those seconds are worth so much more than the same amount in pounds.
Think about it and remember to enjoy every second of your life, because time races by so much quicker than you think.

So take care of yourself, be happy, love deeply and enjoy life!
Here’s wishing you a wonderful and beautiful day. Start spending.

There are not one but two cycling event disciplines that you can select and participants can enter 1 event or both. First up we have the challenging multi-lap 40K Road Race circuit AND the following day will see the staging of a difficult 16K Time Trial.

For the 40K Road Race we have decided that the perfect destination is the Curborough Sprint Course. It is a little bit further away from the main venues for this year’s Games but it is easily accessible by road and nestled near Lichfield in the outer edge of the County of Staffordshire. The course has a great reputation for car racing but it is also a British Cycling approved performance centre and this should make it the perfect destination for our Saturday morning Road Race. The road surface is in excellent condition and the sweeping bends and fast straights will make it an exciting challenge for cyclists of all abilities.

Then on Sunday morning we have the CTT approved Time Trail race in Lichfield over a challenging 16k to blow the cobwebs away after the Great Games Party on Saturday night! For anyone who wants to get a first glimpse of the road circuit feel free to have a look at this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=re3z5ttEx-A.  PS- we did not choose the music!

Europe’s largest multisport festival for businesses, the UK Corporate Games is coming to Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire from the 25-28th June.  This week saw preparations intensify as the Games team staged the Team Leader Orientation Day.

The Team Leader Orientation Day gave committed company Team Leaders from the likes of IBM, Virgin Trains, C2HMHILL, CSC, Lloyds Banking Group and a host of others the opportunity to get their first glimpse of the venues that will be hosting the Games in June.

Team Leaders from Preston, Blackpool, Leeds, London, Swindon and throughout the UK were joined by local business men and women from Staffordshire who were keen to see the venues and to learn a little more about what the Games can do for their business.

The journey began at Alton Towers Resort with a fabulous lunch in the impressive Conferencing facilities at the Alton Towers Hotel followed by a brief Games presentation.

The guests then boarded a luxury Walton’s coach to see the array of impressive venues for sport and celebrations that Stoke and Staffordshire had to offer for this year’s Games.  Some visitors and locals alike were surprised by what was available in the region and everybody was seemingly impressed by the great indoor capacity at Fenton Manor and St. Peters College, the incredible investment and regeneration that has taken place at Newcastle-under-Lyme College, the picturesque beauty of Trentham Gardens, the extensive facilities at Keele University and the great location of the SuperCentre at the Staffs University SportsCentre and Student complex.

The ride on Oblivion was brilliant and the lunch and end of day Canape’s at Alton Towers were exceptional”.

Games Director Ben Sedgemore commented “ We have all had a fabulous day and I know we have surprised a lot of people with the quality of what is available in this region.  The facilities are superb and in Alton Towers there is a really unique environment.  People are familiar with the Park’s outstanding reputation as one of the prime entertainment parks in the world but in addition to this people may not realise that they have one of the best hospitality and conferencing programmes that we have seen.  We would be happy to recommend it to anyone based upon our experience”.

UK Corporate Games secure final Venue to conclude the Games

alton-towersThe Corporate Games World Headquarters is delighted to confirm that the final venue for the staging of the UK Corporate Games Stoke-On-Trent and Staffordshire 2015 has been secured.

After months of deliberation on the perfect place to stage the Games Closing Awards Celebration the Games Organisers have now confirmed that Alton Towers will be the spectacular destination for the last component of the Games.

Games Director, Ben Sedgemore said “we have been overwhelmed by the quality of facilities that are available in the region from the vast indoor space at Fenton Manor to the impressive sporting surfaces at Keele, from the state of the art complex at Newcastle College to the beauty of Trentham Gardens, the area seems to have the lot.  This made us even more determined to see the Games Closing Awards presented in real style and we are delighted to have secured one of the genuine jewels of the region in Alton towers.

Ellie Jones, Business Development Manager at Alton Towers said, ‘The Alton Towers Resort is delighted to be supporting the UK Corporate Games as Platinum Champion this summer.  As sponsors and hosts of the Games’ Team Leader Day in March and Awards Ceremony in September, Alton Towers is proud to be involved in an event that supports bringing business people together in a fun, interactive and engaging way.

Much of what the Games stands for in terms of promoting team building, enhancing staff morale and employee engagement is largely reflected in the corporate events offering that the Alton Towers Resort provides.  Where else can you exclusively hire rollercoasters for team building events and wine and dine in the depths of an aquarium?  By bringing the Games to Staffordshire in 2015, it will be a great way for participants to experience the diverse range of venues, open spaces and attractions that Staffordshire has to offer.’

Large numbers of major organisations will be flocking to attend the Games which will be staged at venues across the region from the 25th – 28th June.  Local teams like Vodafone, Alton Towers and Bet 365 will be getting active and challenging representatives of major household names from across the Country like EY, Lloyds Banking Group and Intel.  Doug White Global Partnerships Director for the Games said “we have been thrilled by the appetite of our great supporting companies to be involved this year and we see this as a resounding endorsement of the continued impact that the Corporate Games is having for businesses around the UK.  The location has proven to be as popular as we had hoped and visitors have already commented on the great array of facilities and their close proximity to each other which really helps.”

Great Sponsors and Partners Unveiled

On the sponsorship front, 3 time Platinum sponsors and Medallist Award winners CSC have confirmed their desire to become Headline Sponsors again.  CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation) is aiming to bring a team of 300 participants and is hoping to see the organisation represented in every sport on the 22 sport programme this year.   Mark Eland, CSC’s Board Sponsor for the Corporate Games commented, “last year’s annual Corporate Games proved to be a fantastic and brilliantly organised event for all that took part, and an event that CSC is especially proud to be associated with. For us it’s a great opportunity to get employees from right across the UK together for a fun weekend of team building and competitive sport, together with family and friends in support. We consistently receive very positive feedback from those who take part and the number of participants wanting to return each year is a testament to its value as a motivational, exciting and rewarding event for all. We very much look forward to taking part next time.”

The Games is expected to generate well over £3million for the local economy and is a chance to showcase Liverpool and its outstanding facilities to a worldwide business audience. Some of the most powerful businesses in the country have already confirmed their participation, including Accenture, Towers Watson, CSC, ASDA, Lloyds Banking Group and IBM. Furthermore, major organisations from across the globe are already talking about how they can get involved.

The launch was staged at St George’s Hall, where attendees received an overview of the Corporate Games , as Liverpool was welcomed as the newest addition to the outstanding list of Cities that have hosted the World Corporate Games .

Originating in San Francisco in 1988, the Corporate Games have played an integral role in the history and development of non-elite sport across the Globe.
The Games is brought to Liverpool by the world’s largest annual corporate multisport festival Provider’s and is partnered by the International Festival For Business, Liverpool Vision and the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce.

Liverpool is clearly nurturing a growing reputation for staging major sports and business events and the World Corporate Games will be one of the Headline events of the International Festival for Business.
The Games will take place from the 26th -29th June 2014 and it is expected to draw athletes in their thousands to Liverpool from across the UK and from all corners of the globe.

With a huge variety of popular sports to choose from, a host of enjoyable celebrations and all to play for, companies are already entering athletes in their hundreds for next year’s competition. The Games staff members are happy to promote the fact that there is a sport on the programme for everyone, regardless of their age or ability.

Dr Maureen Johnston, President and Founder of the Worldwide Corporate Sports
Community, which has more than 20 national and regional Corporate Games in progress, commented:

“The World Corporate Games is the ultimate in corporate multi-sports festivals and this is an incredibly exciting time for us, having recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Games on a worldwide platform. The Games brings people together, giving incredible opportunities to everyday athletes who play sport for fun and for the fitness it provides. Each person is there to represent their company, institution, club or workplace. Competitors will not be elite superstars but they will play hard and enjoy the camaraderie and respect that real competition in sport and life can offer.”

Teams from all over the World will travel to Liverpool to sample everything that this fantastic City has to offer. Competitors will select from 24 sports on the packed weekend programme, whether they want to play Badminton or Basketball, Netball or Softball, Tennis or Tenpin Bowling. It includes some more adventurous sports such as Dragon Boat Racing, Open Water Swimming and Karting. Golf will be a featured sport as will three classes of Football, -11s, 6s and 5-a-side. There really is a sport for everyone.

The Games will be staged at a selection of the best sports facilities in the area and it is a great chance for local venues to promote themselves to an extensive business clientele.

Athletes compete for points, medals and Corporate Awards, whilst also enjoying the networking opportunities and brand exposure for their organisations, as well as the buzz and atmosphere of the City.

Businesses and institutions across Merseyside will be challenged by multinational and ‘household-name’ organisations from the UK, Europe and as far afield as Turkey, Australia and South Africa; just a few of the destinations where other Corporate Games are staged annually. However, the Games isn’t just for the huge and mighty of the world’s corporations, it welcomes even the smallest business, group or club to participate and become winners. A team can be made up of one person or more than a thousand.

Games Director, Ben Sedgemore, said “I have seen first-hand that the team building benefits are incredible. As an ex-professional sportsperson myself, I can tell you that it is tough to replicate the camaraderie and team spirit that you experience in professional team sport when you move to an office environment. However, I am a firm believer that the Corporate Games is the perfect vehicle to achieve that”.

Sedgemore added, “The Games will provide an unforgettable experience for all entrants regardless of age or ability. The Games offers great potential for business development and growth within the City and will offer visiting athletes a glimpse of what Liverpool really can offer”.

Max Steinberg, Chief Executive of Liverpool Vision said “We are thrilled that we have been successful in winning the bid to see the World Corporate Games staged in our great City. In 2014, Liverpool will welcome the World and the Games will be one of the Jewels in the Crown of the International Festival for Business. We are very proud that the Games Headquarters recognised the immense potential in the City when they successfully staged the UK Corporate Games in 2010 and therefore, we are delighted that we have been able to take our involvement onto the World stage. We would encourage all business people from around the World to join us and I know that we can guarantee you the warmest of warm welcomes”.
